As soon as you wake up, before grabbing your phone or getting out of bed:
👉 Think of 3 things you’re grateful for.
Keep it simple:
😌 A warm, cozy bed
❤️ Your health or someone you love

You move out of autopilot and into presence and energy.
🔥 Step 2: Find Your Big Why (2 minutes)
Now ask yourself:
👉 Why do I want to be more productive?
👉 Why do I need more focus right now?
“Just because” isn’t enough. Go deeper.
Examples:
🧠 "Because my mind jumps from idea to idea and I never finish anything."
💸 "Because my financial freedom depends on it."
👨👩👧 "Because I want to give my family a better life."
Your "why" becomes your anchor on hard days.

🎯 Step 3: Set Today’s Clear Intention (1 minute)
Your brain needs direction. Like a GPS, it only works when you tell it where to go.
👉 Pick one clear accomplishment you want to achieve today.
Examples:
✅ "I want to complete my top 3 tasks on the list."
📥 "I want to clear my inbox by 5pm."
📚 "I want to study for 30 minutes with no distractions."
Visualize that moment as if it already happened.
